We are a dynamic Chicago-based appliance repair company seeking a skilled Remote Cold Call Dispatcher. This role offers flexibility and independence, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and reading).
• Proven cold-calling experience with a track record of success.
• Customer care experience with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Pleasant voice and accent, confidence, and a sales background.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, Yelp, ChatGPT, RingCentral, and CRM software (preferred).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to introduce our services to potential clients and perform follow-ups.
• Manage technicians’ schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions using tools like Google Sheets, RingCentral and CRM software.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT (Chicago Time)

Compensation:
•$15000+ per month based on performance.
