Water Damage Department Admin

The Water Damage Department Admin will work directly with one of the owners of a Water Damage Restoration company located in Tampa, FL, USA. As a home service business, the company receives calls from home owners that have a water damage issue in their home. Our company goes to the home, completes an inspection, and provides the home owner with the results of the inspection. These results will also be given to the Admin so they can create an estimate and a "Drying Plan" for the customer. The estimate and Drying Plan will include the cost for the company to do the work, and include details about the scope of the project (all of the work that will be done to dry out their home or remove damaged materials).

In this role you will use online tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, Telegram, Gmail etc. You will be fully trained and taught on the business' process on how to create the estimates and Drying Plans for customers, as well as the industry in general and how it works. Jobs can come in at all hours of the day so flexibility is important.
