About the Role:
Are you a great communicator who enjoys talking to people and making a positive impact? We are looking for a Warm-Call Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be reaching out to veterans who are already connected with a veteran-focused nonprofit and helping them schedule free consultations with Veterans Savings Network agents. These agents provide guidance on Medicare plans that can work alongside TRICARE for Life or VA Only Benefits—helping veterans maximize their healthcare options.
This is a remote position, perfect for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to help veterans access the benefits they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
? Make warm calls to veterans (NO cold calling)
? Use a simple, friendly script to guide conversations
? Educate veterans about the opportunity for a free Medicare consultation
? Schedule appointments with agents for veterans who are interested
? Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on all calls

? Strong English verbal communication skills
? Confidence in speaking with people over the phone
? A friendly and professional demeanor
? Ability to follow a script while keeping the conversation engaging
? A passion for helping veterans access the benefits they deserve
? Self-motivated and able to work remotely
