**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize company resources to locate individuals effectively.
- Gather comprehensive historical and current information on leads.
- Meticulously track file progress.
- Provide assistance and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers whenever needed.

**Qualifications:**
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized individuals will excel in this role.
- Familiarity with MS Office is necessary.
- Full-time availability is required.
- A quiet working environment is essential.
- Candidates should not be currently employed elsewhere.

**Requirements:**
1. Owns a laptop in superb working condition (minimum Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, with 16GB RAM; Mac devices are not suitable) equipped with MS Office.
2. A noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.
3. A quiet, dedicated workspace.
4. Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
5. Back up internet and power sources.

**Work Hours and Benefits:**
- This is a permanent day shift position.
- Full-time commitment (37.5 hours per week) to maintain a reliable workflow.
- Fixed working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (QLD Time Zone), Monday to Friday.
- Three months probationary period only.

**Compensation:**
-Starting hourly rate of AUD$4.00, paid bi-weekly via wire transfer to a Philippine bank account.
- Additional compensation for work performed outside standard hours, with management approval.
