The Role
We’re seeking a skilled HR Assistant and Customer Service with experience in both areas to support two critical functions of our business. You’ll be trained to handle tasks in both departments and will shift focus based on the company’s needs. What You’ll Do
Customer Service Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional support to customers via
-Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
-Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.
HR Assistance Responsibilities
-Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee file management, and policy documentation.
-Coordinate interviews, prepare meeting agendas, and assist in scheduling.
-Assist with tracking employee performance reviews and collecting feedback.
-Help ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to a positive work culture.
-Support payroll preparation by gathering employee information when needed.
What We’re Looking For
-At least 2 years experience in HR is a must and experience in customer service is a nice to have. As long as you can be trained in customer service, you are qualified!
-Adaptability: Ability to seamlessly shift between customer service and HR responsibilities based on priorities.
-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
-Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve issues and make decisions efficiently.
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
-Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, HR software, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
-Team Player: Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes to building a positive team culture.
