**Responsibilities:**
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Handling digital mailing and filing
- Coordinating chat and
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Performing general office administrative tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both clear written and verbal abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing tasks, schedules, and information.
- Capability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
- An independent and reliable work ethic, coupled with a quick capacity to learn new skills.
- Candidates should not be currently employed elsewhere.
**Requirements:**
1. Owns a laptop in superb working condition (minimum Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, with 16GB RAM; Mac devices are not suitable) equipped with MS Office.
2. A noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.
3. A quiet, dedicated workspace.
4. Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
5. Back up internet and power sources.
**Work Hours and Benefits:**
- This is a permanent day shift position.
- Full-time commitment (37.5 hours per week) to maintain a reliable workflow.
- Fixed working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (QLD Time Zone), Monday to Friday.
