Key Responsibilities:
Email
organize a high volume of
Set up filters, labels, and folders to streamline inbox management.
Draft routine correspondence and prioritize urgent matters.
Data Entry and Digital File Organization
Accurately extract and input key information
Organize digital files
Accurately Label Documents
Drafting and Formatting Legal Documents
Prepare correspondence, briefs, and other legal documents from templates or rough drafts.
Ensure documents adhere to proper formatting and style guidelines
Collaborate closely with the attorney to finalize and proofread time-sensitive documents.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Assist with requests and projects as they arise
Conduct quick research or administrative inquiries
Coordinate with external service providers as needed
Workflow Optimization
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum one year experience as a legal assistant.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to interact with clients, court personnel, and tea
Organizational Mastery: Proven track record of managing complex schedules, competing deadlines, and high-volume inboxes with a keen eye for detail.
Adaptability: Able to handle shifting priorities and ad hoc tasks with poise.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful self-starter who can identify and resolve issues proactively.
