Title: Social Media Account Manager for 600K+ Wealth / Motivational brand

Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to oversee @fullystaked and associated accounts. This is a part-time position managing a community of 600,000+ followers in the Web3/crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategy
- Create and schedule bulk content for daily posts using Canva and other design tools
- Manage community engagement across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Identify and secure brand partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with team members in EST timezone

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong proficiency in Canva and content creation tools
- Excellence in written and visual communication
- Basics in copywriting
- Read books in line with brand for your personal self dev in line with brand
- Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
- Knowledge of self development (or strong willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

- Reliable internet connection
- Computer with necessary specifications for content creation
- Availability during EST business hours
- Smartphone for mobile content management
