About Us:

LC Ceilings is a growing acoustical ceiling subcontractor based in Southeastern U.S., specializing in commercial and restaurant projects. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Virtual Assistant to generate leads, market our services, and help us secure more projects.

Job Responsibilities:

? Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Research and build lists of restaurants, facilities managers, and general contractors
• Identify and verify decision-maker contact details (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn

? Sales & Marketing Outreach
• Send personalized emails, postcards, and promotional materials
• Assist in managing Google My Business Profiles, requesting reviews, optimizing SEO)
• Help coordinate our client appreciation gift basket program
• Follow up with potential clients consistently

? Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
• Track and log all interactions in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with our Office VA to ensure follow-ups
• Adjust marketing strategies based on response rates

Qualifications:

?? Previous sales, lead generation, or marketing experience
?? Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
?? Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
?? Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses
?? Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
?? Self-motivated and goal-oriented
