JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a full-time Virtual Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. Your mission is to open doors, generate leads, schedule sales calls, and maintain Upgrade to see actual infontum across our sales pipeline. You’ll play a key role in helping us book motivational speaking engagements and secure coaching and training business clients, all while working closely with our internal team and contributing to our championship-level mission.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential leads across industries using LinkedIn, Pipedrive, and other sourcing tools
2. Reach out via email, LinkedIn messages, and calls to schedule appointments and generate interest
3. Organize and track all outreach and communication in Pipedrive CRM
4. Set and confirm appointments for discovery and sales calls for our keynote speakers and coaching team
5. Coordinate follow-up communication and ensure no lead falls through the cracks
6. Develop creative outbound messaging and email campaigns in Gmail
7. Collaborate daily with our internal team on progress, priorities, and weekly goals

Provide weekly reporting and updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and call activity.
