We are an established beauty spa based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone) specializing in advanced beauty treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, and other aesthetic services. We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to join our team and help grow our business through excellent sales and customer service.


Job Description:-
We are looking for a well-rounded virtual sales and customer service agent who can effectively manage leads, close sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of beauty treatments and a background in medical sales, spa sales, or human biology.


Required Skills & Experience:-
- Beauty Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty treatments, particularly chemical peels and microneedling
- Sales Experience: Background in medical sales, spa sales, or relevant field
- Education: Human biology background or related field preferred
- Communication: Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills for phone sales
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with the following tools:
- RingCentral
- Appointment scheduling software
- Gmail
- Meta Business Suite
- Go High Level
- Canva
- CapCut


Key Responsibilities:-
1. **Lead Management**
- Process incoming leads
- Follow up with potential clients
- Convert leads into sales

2. **Sales & Customer Service**
- Conduct sales calls with potential clients
- Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
- Provide information about services and treatments
- Address client questions and concerns

3. **Reputation Management**
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews
- Monitor and engage with social media comments
- Maintain the spa's positive online presence

4. **Appointment Scheduling**
- Book appointments for clients
- Send appointment reminders
- Manage the spa's calendar

5. **Customer Retention**
- Follow up with clients after treatments
- Encourage repeat bookings
- Implement retention strategies


Hours:-
- Flexible schedule with availability during US Eastern Time business hours required
- Part-time to full-time opportunities available


Compensation:-
- Base Pay: $3 per hour
- Commission: Tiered commission structure based on sales performance (details to be discussed during interview)
- Potential for bonuses based on performance
