About Us:
We’re a fast-growing luxury e-commerce brand specializing in high-end interior design and architecture. As we prepare to launch an extensive email and marketing campaign, we need a detail-oriented research professional to build a comprehensive, verified database of prestigious companies and key decision-makers across target global markets.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Research Assistant with expertise in B2B lead generation. Your primary responsibility is to research, verify, and compile detailed information on target companies and their contacts. This data will form the backbone of our client directory and drive the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Research & Sourcing:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify high-end interior design and architecture firms in our target regions (UK, Europe, USA, and Middle East).
Employ tools like Upgrade to see actual info to locate and verify company emails and contact details.
Data Entry & Verification:
Accurately enter all information into our Excel/Google Sheets tracker and HubSpot CRM.
Ensure each record includes company name, website, LinkedIn URL, phone number, corporate and individual emails, and any additional relevant details.
Quality Control:
Perform regular checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Flag any incomplete or outdated information for review.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular progress updates and notify the team of any challenges or required clarifications.
Time Tracking & Task Management:
We use Hubstaff for recording time, allocating tasks, and storing work progress. You must be comfortable using Hubstaff and adhere to its guidelines as part of this role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation or market research.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and Upgrade to see actual info.
Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and using task management/time tracking tools (Hubstaff is required).
Willingness to comply with our task allocation and time recording procedures via Hubstaff.
