Virtual Recruiting Assistant (Remote – Fluent English Required)

We’re scaling fast and need a top-tier Virtual Recruiting Assistant to help us attract and convert experienced real estate agents.

Who You Are
You’re a fluent English speaker with a strong background in phone sales, cold calling, and high-volume outbound prospecting. You know how to build rapport quickly, handle objections effortlessly, and drive prospects toward booking an appointment. You thrive on hitting targets and know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes.”

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to experienced real estate agents, pitching the benefits of joining Blue Pebble.
Appointment Setting: Secure high-quality recruiting meetings with interested agents for our leadership team.
Objection Handling: Navigate objections professionally, articulating our value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, texts, and emails.
CRM Management: Log all interactions and notes into our CRM to track pipeline progress.
Recruiting Optimization: Provide insights on prospect responses to help refine our recruiting strategy.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker (no exceptions) with clear, professional phone communication.
2+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or high-volume outbound recruiting.
Proven ability to convert cold leads into booked appointments.
Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
