Job Posting: Virtual Assistant – Recruiter (Philippines, Remote)
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Recruiter based in the Philippines to manage recruitment for multiple US-based companies. This role requires expertise in staff recruiting, retention, and system implementation to support our businesses' growth and scalability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and self-starter who can bring in top talent and build efficient recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for multiple companies.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to ensure long-term staffing success.
• Create and maintain a compliance and document management system using Google Drive, including pre-built templates and a resource library.
• Write compelling job posts that attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage job ad creation, SEO, and strategic ad placement across various job boards and platforms.
• Oversee social media management to promote employer branding and attract talent.
• Create logos, websites, and landing pages for recruitment marketing.
• Develop and maintain a CRM and lead capture system to track and manage candidates efficiently.
• Provide ongoing reports on recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR, preferably for US-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
• Experience in Google Drive organization, including document structuring and template creation.
• Expertise in SEO, job ad placement, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management to attract top talent.
• Ability to design logos, websites, and landing pages (experience with Canva, WordPress, or similar tools preferred).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead capture methods.
• Excellent writing skills to craft persuasive and high-converting job posts.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple recruitment projects.
