Virtual Property Manager

We own a self-storage facility that is run remotely. We are in need of a VA to help run the property remotely and to assist our other full time VA.

Job duties would include answering phone calls from customers, updating property management website move in and move outs, taking payments, problem solving any customer issues, helping with marketing efforts/ cold calling, follow up with delinquent tenants, working as a team to support our other full time VA, serve as a backup to cover for full time VA during the week when available and more.

Hours needed:

Saturday 10AM- 2 PM eastern time USA
Sunday 10 AM- 2 PM eastern time USA
