Virtual Project Manager – Social Media / COO

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager to optimize and scale operations in our modeling agency, which works closely with content creators. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, managing teams, and driving efficiency across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Reddit, and X.

You will be responsible for building systems, automating processes, and ensuring smooth execution of our marketing strategies. If you have experience in social media growth, influencer marketing, or content creation, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Process optimization and automation – improve and automate workflows using Notion, Airtable, and Slack
- Team leadership – oversee team performance, ensure productivity, and drive results
- Social media growth – develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and revenue on Instagram, Reddit, and X
- Client success and scaling – work with content creators to increase brand presence and maximize earnings
- Performance tracking – monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve performance
- Automation and efficiency – leverage automation tools like Zapier and Make to enhance operations

Requirements

- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
- Strong experience in Notion, Airtable, and Slack
- Proven background in project management and operational leadership
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies on platforms like Instagram, Reddit, and X
- Experience in influencer marketing or content creation is a major plus
- Analytical mindset with a focus on workflow optimization and efficiency
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make is an advantage

Compensation

- Base salary between $1,000 and $5,000 USD per month, depending on experience
- Performance-based revenue shares available as the agency grows
