We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and assist with online product creation, maintenance, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Creation and Maintenance:
Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Optimise product listings with engaging content and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
Conduct product SEO research and implement strategies to improve rankings and discoverability.
Optimise product descriptions and images to align with SEO best practices.
Stock Management:
Manage inventory using stock management software such as Linnworks.
Ensure accurate stock levels across platforms and coordinate with the UK team on updates.
Communication and Collaboration:
Use tools like Slack to communicate effectively with the UK-based team.
Work collaboratively to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with product creation and maintenance on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of product SEO and how to implement it effectively.
Proficiency in using stock management software (e.g., Linnworks).
Familiarity with communication tools like Slack for team collaboration.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Availability to work during UK business hours (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

Desirable Attributes:
Experience in the combat sports or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
