Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, emails, priorities, and ad hoc tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and needs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and optimize executive schedules, balancing both work and personal commitments.
* Manage email inboxes by flagging important messages, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining organization.
* Actively participate in relevant groups to identify and flag critical matters requiring executive attention.
* Conduct daily or weekly catch-ups with executives to align on priorities and tasks.
* Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and creating detailed itineraries.
* Complete ad hoc tasks such as researching service providers or coordinating with legal professionals.
* Draft and respond to emails, ensuring alignment with the executive’s voice and context.
* Provide exceptional support through outstanding organization, resourcefulness, and dedication.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in managing calendars, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of the wellness industry.
* Experience working with high-level executives.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and other project management tools.
* Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management skills.
