JOB OVERVIEW

Are you organized, driven, and eager to contribute to a dynamic working environment? We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support a variety of administrative and personal tasks, maintain schedules, and enhance overall efficiency remotely. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and a self-starter attitude, as well as the flexibility to handle new responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Excel & Data Management: Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets; track tasks, deadlines, and progress.
ChatGPT Research & Summaries: Utilize ChatGPT to research topics, compile findings, and provide detailed explanations.

Project Coordination:
Assist with creating resumes and applying for roles on behalf of the employer.
Support Amazon-related tasks (such as product research, listing management, or data analysis).
Potentially grow into overseeing social media posting and other marketing support.

Administrative Support:
Prioritize and manage multiple projects using tools like Notion (preferred but not mandatory).
Schedule and organize meetings or calls, manage email correspondence, and maintain calendars.
Perform general administrative duties such as phone calls, note-taking, and filing.
Video Conferencing & Communication: Conduct regular video calls to discuss project updates, progress, and any issues.
Personal To-Do Management: Handle personal tasks and to-dos, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
Process Improvement: Proactively contribute ideas to improve operational and administrative processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent Excel Proficiency: Ability to create and interpret spreadsheets, track data accurately, and produce basic charts/reports.
Experience with ChatGPT (or similar AI tools): Capable of conducting thorough research and summarizing findings effectively.
Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, maintaining schedules, and meeting deadlines.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English for coordinating with the employer and possibly third parties.
Reliable & Punctual: Must be available for scheduled meetings (primarily during USA time zones) and respect deadlines without fail.
Self-Starter & Intuitive: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
Honesty & Integrity: Track and log hours honestly; demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Notion or other project management tools (though not mandatory).


Bonuses Available: Earn additional compensation for exceptional work, meeting milestones, or going above and beyond on projects.
Flexibility: Work remotely, with the expectation of being available for check-ins and virtual meetings as required.
Potential for Growth: The role may expand to include more responsibilities—such as social media management or additional administrative tasks—based on performance and interest.
