???? About the Role: Virtual Patient Acquisition Coordinator
At Next Level Physical Therapy, we help people get back to active, pain-free living—without relying on medications or surgery.
Your role will be to connect with potential patients, understand their needs, and schedule them for an appointment. This is a mix of customer service, appointment setting, and patient coordination, helping people take the first step toward a healthier, pain-free life.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. You will be working with warm leads—people who have already shown interest in our services. Your success is measured by conversion quality, not call volume.
???? Position: Part-time, long-term, remote
???? Hours (Philippines Time):
? Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PH Time
? Saturday: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time
? Pay: Negotiable (USD)

???? What You’ll Be Doing
????Engage inbound leads (people who filled out forms or called us) and schedule them for consultations.
????Follow up with past leads who showed interest but haven't booked yet.
????Manage scheduling & rescheduling for patients who need to change appointments.
????Handle basic patient coordination tasks, including updating notes, creating EMR charts, and checking documentation.
????Work within our systems: STRATA EMR, Google Sheets, Go High Level, Google Voice.
????Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new patients by obtaining necessary paperwork.
Success in this role = booking high-quality appointments that turn into patients, not just filling up the calendar.

? What We’re Looking For

????At least some experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or appointment setting.
????Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and easy to understand).
????Excellent listening & people skills. You’re not just reading a script—you’re having a conversation.
????Reliable, high-speed internet & clear audio headset (wired or wireless is fine).
????Proactive & highly organized. You know how to follow up, track details, and manage multiple conversations.
????Comfortable using digital tools. If you’ve used CRMs, EMRs, or Google Sheets, that’s a plus!
???? Medical/healthcare experience is NOT required—but it’s a plus!
