Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Manage QuickBooks for invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations.
Process payments and track expenses.
Assist with financial reporting and budget monitoring.
Administrative Support:
Handle scheduling,
Oversee HR onboarding and certification tracking.
Maintain compliance documentation for projects and vendors.
Project Coordination:
Submit and track bids for municipal and commercial projects.
Coordinate vendor procurement and material tracking.
Maintain records of project progress and key deadlines.
Customer Service & Communication:
Respond to client inquiries and schedule meetings.
Manage website updates and basic social media engagement.
Ensure professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in QuickBooks, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with construction, contracting, or service industries is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
This role will begin with a structured onboarding process, including access to SOPs, training on company tools, and weekly check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.
