Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Scribe to work in hospitals or clinics, helping to improve documentation and streamline the process of treating patients. The primary role of the Medical Virtual Scribe is to manage electronic health records and document patient visits accurately. This role includes overseeing information technology tasks in a medical office and performing clerical functions related to communication and recordkeeping.


Responsibilities:

- Accompany Doctors and manage medical documentation by summarizing patient interactions.
- Prepare voice recordings for transcription and review medical documents for errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
- Perform basic research tasks by communicating with other healthcare providers and updating contact information.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Exhibit a level of professionalism and cleanliness when working with medical staff.
- Handle high-pressure situations effectively and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Preferrably someone who has experience as a Medical Scribe / Transcriptionist
- Graduates of healthcare-related courses are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated ability to expertly document patient care
- Proficiency in transcribing patient appointments accurately.
- Advanced computer skills with familiarity in electronic health records systems.
- Strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
