We Are Hiring: Medical Scribe for a Family Medicine, Primary Care Doctor
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our Family Medicine/Primary Care doctor in providing top-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical scribing and familiarity with clinical documentation, EMR systems, and primary care practices. This is a remote, full-time role, offering a long-term position with growth potential for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during virtual or recorded consultations
• Prepare medical charts, including histories, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions
• Manage EMR (Electronic Medical Records) with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensure all documentation complies with medical guidelines and standards
• Coordinate with the physician to ensure timely completion of documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., follow-up notes, lab orders, referrals)

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe (at least 1 year)
• Knowledge of Family Medicine/Primary Care procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Office Ally EHR)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused during consultations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Medical transcription or coding experience
• Background in healthcare-related fields

Compensation:
• $7.00/hr
