JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a Marketing Director at a private jet company, as well as a professional photographer, videographer, and editor. This is a remote, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM CST) supporting various marketing tasks. I will provide training on essential photography and video editing techniques. You’ll also help manage the Notion system I created to keep track of our tasks and projects. I'm a super easy going and nice boss that is always looking for better ways to do things. We will work together to automate a lot of our work to lessen repetitive and boring tasks. This is a job where you can expect raises every year if you perform well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Perform basic graphic/photo/video edits (with my guidance)
- Research industry trends to inform marketing strategies
- Maintain and update the Notion workspace for project tracking
- Communicate progress and updates promptly and professionally

To give you an example of the type of work you'd be helping me with on a day to day basis, below is a list of current priority projects that you would be helping me with:
- Hire a UI/UX design freelancer to redo the website on Webflow
- Hire graphic design freelancer to create a logo and brand identity for new jet charter program
- Hire Make.com automatons freelancer to create custom workflow
- Create social media strategy and start posting once per day
- Edit private jet vdeo shoot content
- Edit private jet photos
- Help HR create Canva template for monthly newsletter
- Send accounting dept expense explainer email

Please keep in mind that the projects above are not all going to be your responsibility. Some projects will be delegated to other freelancers but I'd need your help to send them files, checking on deadlines, and organizing deliverables to the Notion system I created.
