Virtual Market Research Analyst for a Land Investing Business

Key Responsibilities
• Data Compilation: Collect and organize sold real estate listing data using free platforms such as Realtor, Redfin, and Zillow, compiling the information into Excel spreadsheets. Expect to analyze 200-500 listings weekly.
• Data Scrubbing: Review and clean up data by removing listings that don’t meet criteria such as property slope, acreage, or flood zones. Examples will be provided.
• Market Price Analysis: Conduct accurate price comparisons to determine average sold prices based on property size and location, focusing on identifying actionable trends.

Qualifications
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in U.S. real estate, especially vacant land, with the ability to identify market trends.
• Due Diligence Expertise: Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes in the United States.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Bonus points for experience with tools like PropStream or GIS mapping software.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills for clear and effective communication.
