Job Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Appointment Setter who excels in generating high-quality appointments through cold outreach.The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointment-setting and lead generation, specifically targeting real estate agents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to work independently. It is not for the faint-hearted; it requires grit, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for reaching out to real estate agents, engaging them with our offerings, and setting up qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential real estate agents and clients through various sources such as online leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
* Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and determine their needs and preferences.
* Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with potential clients. Listen actively to their requirements, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
* Lead Qualification: Assess the level of interest and readiness of leads to buy or sell real estate. Identify qualified prospects for appointment scheduling.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our real estate agents. Coordinate appointment details, including date, time, and location.
* Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who may not be ready to set an appointment immediately. Nurture these leads and keep them engaged until they are prepared to proceed.
* Data Management: Accurately record all interactions, appointments, and lead information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and the sales team to ensure a seamless transfer of leads and appointments. Provide agents with relevant lead details.
* Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets to contribute to the overall growth of the real estate business.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Company Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with details of our company and maintain knowledge of our services and values.
* Record Keeping: Keep a detailed record of calls, answered or not.
* Script Utilization: Utilize scripts to guide conversations and adjust them to your personal style while maintaining our company's values.
* Note-taking: Complete forms and take clear notes to provide detailed information to the team.
* Lead Categorization: Categorize leads based upon information gathered during the call, assign a status to the lead, and manage the CRM database accordingly.
* Professionalism: Provide exceptional service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
* Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics and results.
The ideal candidate has:
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Real estate knowledge and experience (not necessary but is a plus!)
* Possess an unstoppable mindset, be coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, and gregarious, with outstanding verbal communication skills. Experience is not our priority; we value attitude and drive above all else.
System Requirements:
- A computer with a processor of 2.0 GHz and above, Intel Core i5/i7 highly recommended.
- At least 8 GB RAM with 100 GB free disk space.
- Webcam for internal calls (non-client facing)
- Headset with noise-canceling feature for clear communication.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps & up wired connection.
Salary: 25,000 PHP - 35,000 PHP depending on experience/performance Plus Monthly performance bonus
Shift Schedule:
Must be willing to work:
* Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
* With flexibility within this timeframe (specific schedule to be determined upon hiring)
* Occasional weekend work may be required
