Mobile Bye Bye is a Central Texas-based company that buys and brokers manufactured homes. We aim to help homeowners sell their mobile homes quickly and easily. We follow a friendly yet systematic process that’s similar to a real estate wholesaler or real estate agent.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who can quickly and kindly respond to leads, qualify potential sellers, manage multiple leads in our CRM, and follow a detailed sales process to win clients.
You should be able to speak excellent English, follow a clear process, and be comfortable talking to people on the phone while simultaneously recording key details about the customers a) motivation b) timeline c) property details d) financial situation.
You will also help prepare quotes and negotiate deals once the manager approves them.
Key Responsibilities
1) Immediate Lead Response:
-Respond to phone calls,
-Make sure no lead goes unanswered.
-Set reminders for yourself for every lead based on our sales follow-up process
2) Lead Qualification:
-Develop trust with clients on the phone
-Be empathetic and understand clients needs, situations, and motivations
-Ask specific qualifying questions (we’ll provide the list) to understand the property details and the seller’s situation.
-Show empathy, but stay on track to gather the information we need.
3) Sales Funnel Management:
-Use our sales CRM (Go High Level) to keep track of leads, notes, and next steps.
-Follow up at scheduled times to move leads through the funnel.
-Juggle 50-100+ clients at a time (requires detailed notes & follow-up in our CRM)
4) Reporting & Coordination:
-Send daily and weekly updates to the manager about leads and deals in progress.
-Work closely with the manager on pricing, quotes, and final negotiations.
5) Quoting & Negotiation:
-Prepare quotes for the manager to approve.
-Deliver quotes and handle basic negotiations with the seller, always aiming to be kind and fair.
Qualifications
-Fluent English: Must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally.
-Sales & Customer Service Experience: Previous work in sales and customer support is strongly preferred.
-Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow a process step by step and maintain accurate records.
-Phone Skills: Comfortable making and receiving calls, building rapport, and gathering information.
-Tech-Savvy: Experience with Go High Level is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
-Reliable & Organized: Meet deadlines, stay on top of tasks, and keep the manager informed.

Schedule & Pay
-Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) – with option to move to Full Time
-Schedule: 2pm CST to 6pm CST Monday through Friday (10am to 2pm also an option)
-Hourly: Based on Experience & Skills
