About the Role
We’re looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who’s both highly organized and technically savvy to directly support our founder. You’ll play a critical role across the company—from managing internal systems and team operations to executing our 2025 GTM strategy and supporting investor outreach. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a movement-led tech company from day one.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage the founder’s inbox and calendar, prioritize tasks, and handle scheduling across time zones.
• Join internal and external meetings, take notes, and coordinate action items.
• Help maintain communication flow between founder, team, partners, and community members.
Admin + Operations
• Set up and maintain a secure data room for all corporate, legal, and fundraising documents.
• Organize digital assets, manage contracts, support grant tracking, and keep internal systems updated.
• Assist with company deck updates, document creation, project timelines, and logistics.
Team & Product Coordination
• Liaise with designers and developers, track progress and product sprints, manage tasks and milestones.
• Update Notion, Airtable, or other PM tools to keep product roadmap aligned and visible.
• Document user feedback from IRL events and pass insights to product.
Platform & Customer Support
• Learn Coral’s platform deeply to support organizer onboarding, follow-up, and success tracking.
• Manage automated AI tools for meeting recordings, CRM notes, and task generation.
• Create community-facing SOPs and internal knowledge base docs.
Fundraising & Investor Readiness
• Support in preparing materials for a $7–12M seed raise.
• Help build and manage investor CRM, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
• Maintain fundraising data room, organize financials, and assist in storytelling decks.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Support: The Culture Stack 2025
You will directly support the founder in executing Coral’s 4-pillar GTM plan:
1. Field Activation: Coral in Real Life
• Help plan and manage 5–7 Coral-powered IRL events in Miami, Charlotte, NYC.
• Coordinate invites, vendors, content capture, and logistics.
• Use 1:1s, group gatherings, and community dinners.
2. Founding Organizer Circle (FOC)
• Manage Airtable/Notion CRM for 30–50 early organizers.
• Assist with concierge onboarding, group chat engagement, badge issuing, and perk tracking.
• Collect testimonials, event recaps, and referrals.
3. Vibe Marketing Engine (AI-Growth Stack)
• Help implement a lean, AI-powered growth system using tools like Notion AI, Zapier, Fireflies, and CRMs.
• Manage
• Coordinate creation and automation of inbound funnels, nurture sequences, and organizer comms.
4. Content & Storytelling
• Coordinate production of IRL event content (photos, video, quotes) into publishable assets.
• Support founder in turning raw energy into compelling social content and investor-facing updates.
Qualifications
• 2+ years supporting startup founders or leadership in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and spreadsheet modeling.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools and AI automations.
• Proactive, hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with a “figure it out and make it better” mindset.
• Deep interest in IRL communities, startups, AI, and Web3 is a plus.
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience managing designers and developers.
• Familiarity with event logistics, community building, or operations.
• Background in supporting early-stage fundraising (investor decks, data rooms, updates).
• A background in marketing ops, AI tools, CRM automation, or startup launch support.
