Virtual Digital Marketer for Property Management

We are looking to engage a part-time virtual property manager.

We are a property management group that has been in business for 20 years and growing fast. As a REMOTE DIGITAL MARKETER FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, your role will focus primarily on advertising the available apartments to rent on the various websites and social media accounts. This is a 2 year contractual position as a self-employed freelancer and can be done remotely at home with a fast computer, fast internet connection.

Training and support will be provided.

You're Responsibilities:
1. Advertising available apartments (there are currently 10 apartments available) on various websites and social media including Yardi, Tenant Turner, Rentspree, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook page, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok and others. This requires creating accurate, attractive listings or postings on the various websites and social media with the provided pictures & videos and apartment details, checking they are appearing accurately on the website/social media account and the affiliated websites and google search, providing links to the live ads on an Ad Tracker for the Manager to review, making corrections or updates immediately upon Managers request.Renewing the listings on the various websites so the ads remain live, current and at the top of searches. This requires re-listing, updating pricing, changing pictures and updating descriptions regularly. You will also be looking for other websites or social media platforms to advertise on.
2. Respond to inquiries in email and the various websites or social media accounts daily.
3. Edit pictures, edit videos, edit virtual tours and create floor plans.
4. Help management with various administrative property management tasks.

Requirements To Apply:
1. MUST dedicate time 5 to 6 days a week to complete the required tasks. The hours are flexible.
2. At least one year of experience advertising real estate on real estate websites or on social media accounts.
3. Bachelors or higher degree from major university (please provide evidence of your Batchelor's degree when applying)
4. Excellent written English communication skills
