We're looking for a passionate Community Engagement Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of our Skool community. You’ll ensure our members feel supported, engaged, and part of a thriving network dedicated to growing their daycare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate Community
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Encourage participation through prompts, discussions, and interactions.
- Welcome new members and help them get started.
2. Manage Engagement
- Monitor daily activities and respond to members promptly.
- Lead discussions on relevant topics and best practices in childcare management.
- Organize fun and engaging activities like polls, challenges, and themed days.
3. Support Members
- Address inquiries and feedback quickly and professionally.
- Provide resources and guidance to help members navigate the community.
- Assist members who need extra support or resources.
4. Coordinate Content
- Work with our expert and team to share relevant updates and announcements.
- Keep community resources current and accessible.
- Highlight member achievements and user-generated content.
5. Grow the Community
- Develop strategies to boost engagement and retain members.
- Find opportunities to expand the community and attract new members.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the community.
6. Track and Report
- Monitor engagement metrics to evaluate strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on community health and member satisfaction.
- Use insights to improve engagement tactics.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience & Requirements:
- 2-3 years in community management or a similar role.
- Experience with online communities, ideally in education, childcare, or small business sectors.
- Familiarity with Skool or similar platforms is a plus.
- Must be AVAILABLE to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
