Role Description

This is a remote role for a CAD Designer/Draftsman responsible for designing, drafting, and developing site and floor plans for various projects using advanced CAD software.

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoTurn.
Skilled in designing site plans (paving, parking, structures) and floor plans (offices, warehouses, single-family homes, electrical plans, plumbing, etc.)
Preferably with US-based experience for codes and standards.
A portfolio is a must, and it should showcase relevant designs.
Excellent English Communication Skills
With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps
Available to work in a project-based or deadline-sensitive setup.
Attention to detail and Time Management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
