Job Description:
As our Virtual Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels including Facebook groups, cold emails, and cold calls. You will play a key role in showcasing our services to real estate professionals and converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients in targeted Facebook groups and real estate networks.
Utilize social media platforms and online communities to generate leads.
Outreach:

Craft and execute compelling cold email campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Conduct persuasive cold calls to introduce our services and generate interest.
Follow-Up & Conversion:

Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
Convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Administration & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and sales progress.
Collaboration:

Work closely with our team to refine sales strategies and share market insights.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role—experience in real estate or appointment setting is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to engage prospects and drive conversations toward conversion.
Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Facebook, and basic CRM tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
