We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing the financial records of our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely bookkeeping for multiple clients using various accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Demonstrate expertise in Xero and Handy Soft (our CRM system). Experience with MYOB and QuickBooks is highly advantageous.
Input financial data into accounting software with precision and attention to detail.
Reconcile bank statements with accounting records on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
Generate financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets, as required.
Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) for clients in accordance with Australian tax laws.
Assist with the preparation of basic income tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
Communicate with clients professionally and effectively via
Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both digital and physical.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced proficiency in Xero accounting software and Handy Soft CRM.
Experience with MYOB and QuickBooks is highly advantageous.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong written communication skills for professional
Knowledge of Australian tax laws and BAS preparation procedures.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Wednesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Philippine Time
