Virtual Assistent for eCommerce Agency with Project Management Experience | Dutch Time Zone

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our COO and Project Manager at EcomTraffic. Our agency specializes in Conversion Growth for eCommerce brands, helping them scale through data-driven strategies.

You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Some CRO knowledge is preferred, but project management experience is essential. You must be available during Dutch business hours (CET) to coordinate tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in managing and tracking project progress
? Organize and document key updates for the COO and Project Manager
? Ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met
? Communicate with internal teams and external partners
? Handle administrative tasks, reports, and follow-ups
? Support in optimizing CRO workflows and documentation

Requirements:
???? Project management experience (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar)
???? Basic CRO knowledge (A/B testing, analytics)
???? Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
???? Proactive and problem-solving mindset
???? Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
???? Available during Dutch working hours (CET)
