### **Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, live chat, and email.
- Create and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Organize and manage emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in processing and sending quotes to customers.
- Handle order inquiries, refunds, and tracking information.
- Perform light design work as needed.
- Work within Shopify to manage orders and customer interactions.
- Use CRM tools like Upgrade to see actual info to organize tasks and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure smooth operations.

### **Requirements:**
- **Fluent in English (both written and spoken)** – **Immaculate** grammar and communication skills.
- **Customer service experience** – Preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience with **Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, and live chat platforms**.
- Highly **organized** and **detail-oriented** – nothing slips through the cracks.
- Ability to multitask and **prioritize tasks efficiently**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using different online tools.
