We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy **General Virtual Assistant with WordPress Expertise** to support our team with administrative tasks while managing and maintaining WordPress websites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **WordPress Management:** Update, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
- **Content Posting & Formatting:** Upload and format blog posts, images, and landing pages in WordPress, ensuring consistency and SEO optimization.
- **Administrative Support:** Manage emails, schedules, and client communications, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- **Research & Data Entry:** Conduct online research and organize data in spreadsheets, CRMs, or documentation.
- **Social Media Assistance:** Help schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with social media updates as needed.
- **Basic Graphic Design:** Use tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to create simple graphics for websites and social media.
- **Customer Support:** Respond to inquiries, manage support tickets, and assist with client requests.
- **SEO & Performance Monitoring:** Use tools like Yoast SEO, Google Analytics, and other plugins to ensure website optimization.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, content management, basic troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
