JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Director of Overseas Business Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the director's
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and catalog the director's
- Call European partners reminding them on a daily basis to followup on
- Perform data entry and basic document creation
- Manage communications and scheduling
- Provide administrative support as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree required
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Korean language skills will be given preferential consideration in the hiring process, but not required
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must
- Experience with Notion and HubSpot will be given preferential consideration in the hiring process, but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional integrity and dedication to professional growth
SALARY & BENEFITS:
PHP 10,000 ~ 15,000 per month, depending on experience.
Opportunity for growth into a full-time managerial position overseeing other virtual assistants.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00PM to 12:00AM
- This is a long-term position with opportunities for advancement based on performance
