JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline content creation, business operations, and personal task management. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, administrative support, and personal assistance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
& Communications Management:

Draft emails for all communications and align with the current email style.

Follow up on pending tasks and draft follow-up emails for review.

Add potential deals to the designated Google Spreadsheet and use Notion for tracking sponsorships.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

Content Planning & Creation:

Develop a weekly content plan for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create photo dumps using AI for caption generation.

Use CapCut to create highlight reels.

Write weekly Substack newsletters based on voice notes, structuring content, and conducting research.

Assist with YouTube content, including descriptions, tags, timestamps (AI-assisted), and potential thumbnail research/design.

Research trending YouTube videos, transcribe similar content, extract key bullet points, and draft scripts incorporating humor.

Social Media Engagement & Growth:

Reply to Instagram comments in the first 10 minutes of posting in a tone consistent with the brand.

Monitor DMs for sponsorship opportunities and flag relevant ones.

Actively reach out to brands and conferences for sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Brand Partnership Management:

Connect with partnership managers on LinkedIn to explore collaboration opportunities.

Manage YouTube sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring organized tracking.

Organize ongoing partnerships in Motion and HubSpot CRM.

Side Projects & Event Planning:

Assist in planning a retreat in Bali (October), including research and logistics.

Dating Assistance:

Create and optimize a dating profile on Keeper.ai.

Manage dating app messages, filter suitable matches, and schedule dates based on the provided calendar.

Lifestyle & Shopping Support:

Research and set up a meeting for purchasing a new iPhone with the best deal.

Find high-quality alternatives for selected outfits.

Financial & Administrative Suppor

Additional Tasks:

Organize reels across social platforms to maintain consistency.

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and proactive.

Has some tech knowledge and experience.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Experience with content creation, social media management, and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media growth.

Comfortable handling administrative, financial, and personal assistance tasks.
