Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Simpro Management

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and technologically savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for managing our operations using Simpro, a leading job management software. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining our underfloor heating projects from quotation to completion, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Simpro Management: Oversee the setup of all areas that SImpro has to offer and ensure the system is being used to it’s maximum capabilities for our business. Including quoting set up, pre-builds and updating prices with our supplier catalogues.
- Client Coordination: Ensure seamless communication across platforms, integrating client interactions with Simpro’s CRM capabilities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Generate, organise, and manage digital documents related to each project. Create reports from Simpro to aid in decision-making and to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials are available as needed. Use Simpro to update and manage inventory records efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide first-level support for any issues arising with Simpro usage within the team, liaising with Simpro support for more complex problems.
- Training and Implementation: Assist in the training of new staff on the use of Simpro, ensuring all team members are proficient and all features are utilised to their full potential.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Simpro or similar job management software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the heating and plumbing industry is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, particularly in administrative or coordination capacities.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems and job scheduling software.
- A background in project management or coordination within a technical or trade sector is highly desirable.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Flexible working hours with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.
