JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage our short-term rental listings, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle guest interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience communicating effectively with Airbnb support to resolve issues and can enhance our social media presence to drive bookings and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, send booking confirmations, and handle check-in/check-out instructions.
- Calendar Management: Update availability, adjust pricing based on demand, and prevent double bookings.
- Listing Optimization: Update property descriptions, and pricing to improve booking rates.
- Customer Support: Address guest concerns, and resolve issues with Airbnb support.
- Review Management: Request guest reviews and respond to feedback to maintain a high rating.
- Coordination with Cleaners & Maintenance: Schedule cleanings, track inventory (toiletries, linens, etc.), and coordinate repairs.
-Market Research: Conduct online research to identify potential short-term rental investment opportunities.
- Basic Accounting & Reporting: Track earnings, expenses, and generate performance reports.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to attract potential guests. Respond to comments and messages, engage with the community, and monitor analytics for growth strategies.
- Marketing & Promotions: Manage Airbnb promotions, email campaigns, and special offers to increase bookings.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: Ensure that the property adheres to local short-term rental laws and assist in filing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
- Experience in short-term rental management (Airbnb, Vrbo, Upgrade to see actual info)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Proven ability to resolve issues with Airbnb support and navigate their policies.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
