We are seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a background in short-term rentals or property management who are currently unemployed and available for full-time work.
Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage guest communication and administrative tasks for short-term rentals. This role involves handling guest inquiries, coordinating with maintenance, and updating property listings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Update and tweak property listings
- Adjust pricing for low seasons and last-minute bookings
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance requests
- Manage claims through resolution centers
- Provide travel guidance for Christchurch, NZ
Required Skills & Experience:
We REQUIRE a background in the following areas:
- Customer service and administrative support
- Proficiency in Airbnb, Hostaway, Operto,
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, and Google Drive
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
