Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management – Managing, optimizing, and launching Shopify stores.

SEO-Optimized Product Listing – Creating high-search-volume product listings.

Amazon-to-Shopify Dropshipping – Sourcing and fulfilling orders via Amazon.

Customer Support – Handling calls, emails, and chat with fluent English.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics – Placing Amazon orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.

Tool Proficiency – Using GA4, Stallion Express, ShipStation, AutoDS, iSkytracking, and Google Keyword Planner.

Inventory & Competitive Research – Monitoring stock availability and identifying trending products.

Process Improvement – Streamlining order flow, working with prep centers, and maintaining SOPs.

Growth Strategy – Generating innovative ideas to improve sales and customer experience.


Requirements:

Proven Shopify dropshipping experience using Amazon as a supplier.

SEO and keyword research expertise.

Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
