About Us:
Rubber Ducky Sunscreen is a small, growing business focused on providing high-quality sunscreen products. As a solopreneur, I handle various aspects of the business and am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support me by managing administrative tasks, customer communications, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and ready to take ownership of tasks to help streamline operations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will help with a variety of executive assistant tasks, ensuring that business operations run smoothly. You’ll be an extension of the CEO (me!) and will need to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Email Management: Monitor and organize emails, respond to general inquiries, and flag important messages.

- Customer Database Management: Keep customer information up-to-date, track orders, and ensure smooth communication with customers.

- Purchase Order Management: Create and send purchase orders to suppliers and vendors in a timely manner.

- Blog Content Creation: Write, edit, and schedule blog posts related to our products, industry news, and customer tips.

- Task Management & Ad-Hoc Projects: Help manage a variety of tasks, such as organizing documents, assisting with social media posts, and supporting in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to tackle a wide range of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Reliable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Experience in customer service and content creation (preferred, but not required).
- Comfortable with learning new tools and platforms as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, WordPress, and project management platforms like Asana or Trello (a plus, but not mandatory).
