JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a creative and organized virtual assistant with a passion for the digital world? Join our dynamic media team and play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our blog, Peel with Zeal. We're looking for a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in handling a wide array of tasks, from social media posting, graphics creation to backend help.

What You'll Do:
Support the team in formatting and outlining blog posts, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
Create graphics for Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook.
Use SmarterQueue to create captions and schedule recurring posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Strategically prepare and schedule additional social media content as needed.
Share and market posts on platforms such as Trivet, MSN, and Newsbreak.
All tasks will be managed in ClickUp.
Additional admin tasks as requested.

Skills Needed:
Experience with Google Docs and Sheets.
High-quality written English skills.
A great eye for detail.
Experience with Canva for creating social media and blog graphics.
Basic WordPress knowledge (training will be provided) would be ideal.
Be a keen and quick learner.
Self-motivated with a positive, no-excuse attitude.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Schedule & Pay:
The job is Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule. The position starts as part-time, with approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Pay starts at $4/hour plus bonuses.
You may choose your best working hours, but we need at least a few hours every day when you can overlap with GMT-5 time for direct communication without delay.
Consider the first few weeks as a trial training period to test the workflow and see how we work together. This time is paid.
