Virtual Assistant for Product Sourcing

Choobly LLC is a growing e-commerce business specializing in unique, high-quality products on Amazon and other platforms. We are passionate about providing our customers with excellent products and service. We seek a dedicated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team to help source products and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Amazon Product Research: Investigate Amazon products, niches, categories, and competitors using Jungle Scout and our provided search criteria.
Keyword Analysis: Conduct keyword research for potential products and niches.
Review Analysis: Analyze Amazon product listings and reviews to identify common issues with existing products.
Supplier Sourcing: Search platforms like Alibaba to find suppliers, assess costs, and determine minimum order quantities (MOQ).
Supplier Communication: Contact suppliers in China in English to inquire about production capabilities and costs.
Logistics Coordination: Obtain shipping quotes from freight forwarders and manage logistics inquiries.
Data Management: Record and report research findings using Excel.
Profit Analysis: Use Jungle Scout and profit calculators to analyze product profitability.
Operational Support: Perform related tasks to support business operations and strategy.

Requirements:
Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably for e-commerce businesses.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Alibaba and sourcing tools.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically with Amazon.
Knowledge of market trends and product evaluation techniques.
Experience in supplier relationship management.
Proficiency in Jungle Scout preferred; familiarity with Helium 10 is beneficial.
