JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with content creation, scheduling, and research across my YouTube channel, piano school, and freelance marketing business. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow and refine SOPs.

We will work together not only to complete daily tasks but also to create structured processes that improve efficiency over time. While some musical knowledge is helpful, it is not required.

Responsibilities

Content & Communication:
• Drafting weekly newsletter emails
• Creating and editing YouTube descriptions
• Creating timestamps for YouTube videos
• Proofreading YouTube Shorts for grammatical accuracy

Scheduling & Coordination:
• Managing schedules using Google Calendar and Fons
• Scheduling meetings with guests for livestreams
• Sending follow-ups and thank-you emails after meetings and interviews

Tracking & Research:
• Monitoring performance metrics (YouTube analytics, Google Analytics, email engagement, etc.) and creating simple reports (No technical knowledge required)
• Researching and initiating affiliate partnership opportunities
• Drafting SOPs for repeated processes to improve efficiency over time

Piano School Tasks:
• Scheduling and rescheduling piano students
• Creating seasonal awards and documents for students
• Managing one-off payments as they occur

Database Management:
• Managing link databases in Google Sheets (no technical knowledge required)

Who We’re Looking For

- Fluent English speaker with strong writing & proofreading skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow and document SOPs
- Proactive in research and gathering relevant information
- Open to receiving direct but kind feedback

Job Details

- Part-time: 10 hours per week
- $6.50 USD/hour, with additional hours paid as needed
- Generally flexible schedule, but onboarding requires some overlapping hours with EST
