Job Description:
I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help grow my mural business over the next three months. My main goal is to book more gigs for the rest of the year while freeing up more time to create content for YouTube.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Client Acquisition Research – Identifying businesses in my area that align with my art style, compiling an
2. Workflow & Scheduling Support – Helping me stay on task by strategizing and managing a schedule for outreach, project timelines, and follow-ups.
3. Social Media Management (Potential expansion)
o Planning and scheduling posts
o Crafting social media posts using raw photos I provide (via Google Drive/Dropbox)
o Helping brainstorm video ideas
o Eventually assisting with thumbnail creation, video descriptions, and video editing (I use Final Cut Pro, so familiarity with it is a plus)
I’m also open to any additional skills or services you can offer that could help streamline my business and increase efficiency.
Trial Period & Contract Length:
• I’d like to start with a two-week trial period to assess fit and workflow.
• If it’s a good match, this will be a three-month position to help me secure projects for the rest of the year.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong research skills and experience with lead generation
• Highly organized and good at task management
• Experience with social media management (Instagram,
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus
• Video editing skills (Final Cut Pro preferred, but other software experience is welcome)
