Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Fitness Coaching Client Outreach
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage communication with our fitness coaching clients. This role involves reaching out to clients to discuss their progress, provide support for their workout routines, meal plans, and supplement regimens, and ensure they feel motivated and informed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in health and fitness, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Contact clients via
Progress Tracking: Ensure clients are following their fitness plans and make recommendations or adjustments as needed based on their goals.
Motivational Support: Offer encouragement and motivation to clients, answer any questions they may have, and provide feedback on their progress.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling follow-up sessions, check-ins, and consultations with the coach.
Meal Plan and Supplement Guidance: Clarify any questions clients may have regarding their meal plans and supplement regimen, helping them stay on track.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and any changes to their fitness or nutrition plans.
Client Reminders: Send timely reminders for workouts, meals, and supplements to ensure clients stay consistent with their routines.
Confidentiality & Data Privacy: Handle all client data with care and maintain confidentiality in accordance with privacy policies.

Responding to messages quickly ensures that clients feel supported and valued, which helps them stay on track with their fitness goals. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a client-facing role, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and supplements is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using communication tools such as
Empathetic and motivational, with a genuine desire to help clients succeed in their fitness journey.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or similar productivity tools.
Schedule & Compensation:
This is a remote position with flexible hours.
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability.
