Salary: $6/hour + Performance Bonuses
Work Hours: 5 AM - 1 PM PH Time (5 PM - 1 AM EST)
Employment Type: Long-term, 40 hours/week
Experience Level: Previous experience with Virtual Assistance is a must! CRM Management and Fitness-related experience is preferred but not required. Attitude is everything! We value a flexible, can-do, and reliable attitude above all else.

As a Virtual Assistant, you won’t just be managing CRM systems and booking sales calls; you'll be helping fathers change their lives by making meaningful connections. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our remote team, you’ll help build relationships and convert conversations into booked sales calls. This is a critical role that directly impacts the success of our clients and the growth of our company. Your daily responsibilities will include:
CRM Management – Keep our client database updated and organized.
Send Instagram & Facebook Upgrade to see actual info – Reach out to potential leads and engage with them to book consultations.
Book 2-3 Sales Calls per Day – Schedule appointments with qualified leads and make sure they show up!
Follow-Up with Prospects – Nurture relationships by sending follow-up messages and ensuring leads stay engaged.
Re-Engage Old Leads – Dig into our CRM and reach out to previously contacted prospects who may still be interested.
Respond to Inbound DMs within 3 Minutes – Be fast and efficient when replying to interested leads.
Confirm Appointments via DM/Email – Ensure leads are on track to show up for their scheduled calls.
Send End-of-Day Reports – Track and report daily activities, keeping everything organized and efficient.
Cold Emailing – When not busy with DMs, you’ll send emails to cold leads to generate new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work. But more importantly, we want someone who fits our team’s mission and values. Here's what we're looking for:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (You’ll be working with US-based clients)
Familiarity with task management systems (e.g. Airtable, Notion, SmartSuite). A background on these would give you a solid foundation to be able to use Go High Level, which is the site you’d be spending the most time on
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts while adding your personal touch
Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed setting (we trust you to manage your time effectively!)

Preferred but not required:
Experience in telemarketing, call center, customer support, or social media outreach
Knowledge of Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
Prior experience as a DM setter, telemarketer, or in direct email marketing
Passion for fitness, dieting, or nutrition (You’ll need to be able to offer personal touches to your conversations with leads)
