JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant with experience in e-commerce platforms to join our online retail business. As a Virtual Assistant for Online Retail Sales Administration, you will be responsible for supporting Management in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail presence on Amazon and our WordPress-based e-commerce platform. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
• Seller Platform Management: Maintain and manage product listings on Amazon and our WordPress-based e-commerce platform. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and optimize listings for better visibility and sales performance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update product listings to comply with the policies and requirements of Amazon and WordPress, including pricing, product descriptions, images, and other relevant details.
• Calendar Management: Effectively manage the management's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across our online platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage tea Upgrade to see actual informers, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging social media content, including designing graphics using Canva, creating video ads, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring social media channels to maintain an active and responsive presence.
• Meeting Participation: Attend meetings with Management, take detailed notes, and provide reports on discussed topics.
• Market Trends & Innovation: Stay informed about current trends in e-commerce, social media, design tools, and video advertising. Propose innovative ideas to improve our online presence and sales performance.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to management and customer queries, providing accurate information and support as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with specific experience managing Amazon Seller Central and WordPress-based e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platform compliance and best practices.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and experience in creating video ads.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and achievements in e-commerce, graphic design, and video ad creation.
